STAIRCASE STRUCTURE OF UNIT BUILDING, BUILDING UNIT USED WITH STAIRCASE STRUCTURE, AND UNIT BUILDING WITH BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase structure of a unit building that enables a stair landing with sufficient structural strength to be formed at an internal corner of a building unit on an upper floor, along with a building unit used with the staircase structure, and a unit building with the building unit.SOLUTION: A floor flame of a stair landing kb (a stair landing frame kf) is formed at an internal corner part (a corner part C1) of a building unit Ua2 on an upper floor, by connecting a fore-end of a first frame member 5 fixed on an inner surface of a floor girder 3A on a long side with a fore-end of a second frame member 6 fixed on an inner surface of a floor girder 3B on a short side. Furthermore, the inner surface of the floor girder 3A on the long side is connected with the inner surface of the floor girder 3B on the short side by a diagonal member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】十分な構造強度を有する階段の踊り場を上階の建物ユニットの内隅部に簡易に形成することができるユニット建物の階段構造、この階段構造に用いられる建物ユニット、及びこの建物ユニットを備えたユニット建物を提供すること。【解決手段】長辺側の床大梁３Ａの内側面に固定した第一フレーム材５の先端部と短辺側の床大梁３Ｂの内側面に固定した第二フレーム材６の先端部とが接合されて上階の建物ユニットＵａ２の内隅部（コーナ部Ｃ１）に踊り場ｋｂの床フレーム（踊り場フレームｋｆ）形成されている。しかも、長辺側の床大梁３Ａの内側面と短辺側の床大梁３Ｂの内側面が斜材で連結されている。【選択図】図５
