OUTSIDE STAIRCASE STRUCTURE AND UNIT BUILDING
To acquire an outside staircase structure in which an outside staircase and an outside corridor can be provided in a state where the number of support pillars has been reduced as much as possible, and a unit building.SOLUTION: An outside staircase 34 is provided along an outside wall part of a unit building 10, and an outside corridor 36 is connected to the outside staircase 34. The outside corridor 36 is provided along the outside wall part of the unit building 10 by going around a corner part P of the unit building 10. Also, the outside corridor 36 is constituted by including a corridor part 38 and a platform 40. The corridor part 38 is provided along the outside wall part of a building unit 18, and the platform 40 is formed integrally with the corridor part 38 and is connected to the outside staircase 34 by extending from the building unit 18. Thus, as the platform 40 is included in the outside corridor 36 and the outside corridor 36 is connected to the outside staircase 34, the platform 40 does not have to be connected to the outside staircase 34 and the outside corridor 36 respectively as a separate member, and the number of support pillars as separate members exclusive for the platform can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】できるだけ支柱の数を少なくした状態で外階段及び外廊下を設けることが可能な外階段構造及びユニット建物を得る。【解決手段】ユニット建物10の外壁部に沿って外階段34が設けられており、当該外階段34には外廊下36が繋がっている。この外廊下36は、ユニット建物10のコーナ部Pを回り込んでユニット建物10の外壁部に沿って設けられている。さらに、外廊下36は、廊下部38と踊り場40とを含んで構成されており、廊下部38は、建物ユニット18の外壁部に沿って設けられ、踊り場40は、廊下部38と一体に形成され、かつ建物ユニット18から延出して外階段34と繋がっている。このように、外廊下36に踊り場40が含まれ、当該外廊下36と外階段34が繋がるようにすることで、外階段34及び外廊下36に別部材としての踊り場40をそれぞれ連結させる必要がなり、別部材としての踊り場専用の支柱を削減することができる。【選択図】図1
