MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TURNING FOOTBOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a plurality of turning footboards having the same forms which are suitably decoratively sheet-pasted by a single manufacturing process.SOLUTION: Baseboards 18, 20 which are precut for two sheets of footboards constituting a turning footboard are placed on a placing face 34 which is defined between positioning protrusions 32, 33 which are formed at a front and a rear of a pallet 30 via a spacer 23 with a prescribed interval. At this time, front end faces 18a, 20a of the baseboards which appear as step-nosing tip end faces of the footboards are extended in parallel with a transportation direction X in a state of being protruded to both sides in the transport direction X from the placing face, and external faces 32a, 32b; 33a, 33b of the positioning protrusions become flush with the front end faces 18a, 20a. In this state, a decorative sheet 21 is put over surfaces of the baseboards and surfaces of the positioning protrusions which are flush with the surfaces of the baseboards, both sides of the decorative sheet is folded from the front end faces of the baseboards toward rear surfaces and welded, and after that, an unnecessary portion is cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】好適に化粧シート貼りされた同一模様の複数枚の廻り踏板を一回の製造工程で効率的に製造する。【解決手段】廻り踏板を構成する2枚の踏板用にプレカットした基板18,20を、パレット30の前方および後方に設けられる位置決め凸部32,33間に規定される載置面34に、スペーサー23を介して、所定の位置関係で載置する。このとき、踏板の段鼻先端面として現れる基板の前端面18a,20aが搬送方向Xの両側に載置面よりはみ出た状態で搬送方向Xと平行に延長し、且つ、位置決め凸部の外面32a,32b;33a,33bがこれら前端面18a,20aと面一になる。この状態で化粧シート21を基板表面および基板表面と面一な位置決め凸部表面にかけて重ね、その両側を基板前端面から裏面にかけて折り返して接着した後、不要部分をカットする。【選択図】図2
