FOOTBOARD MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a manufacturing method for a footboard capable of suppressing blurring of a printed pattern by improving the fixability of ink, especially in a groove part of a tread surface, and providing a more natural impression of a footboard surface including a groove.SOLUTION: After forming an uncured receiving layer 22A with an ultraviolet curable resin on a wall surface of a groove 15 as a tread surface, the tread surface is irradiated with ultraviolet rays so that the uncured receiving layer 22A is not completely cured, the uncured receiving layer 22A is semi-cured, an ultraviolet curable ink is adhered to a surface of a first semi-cured receiving layer 22B by ink jet printing in an uncured state to form a granular shape, and a predetermined pattern is printed, and then ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the tread surface to cure the ink adhering to the first semi-cured receiving layer 22B and the first semi-cured receiving layer 22B is further cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
