MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SPIRAL FOOTBOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a plurality of spiral footboards suitably stuck to a decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A pair of same-shaped spiral footboards 14 are allocated to a rectangular substrate 18, and in its case, a front end surface 14c of the spiral footboards is made coincide with longitudinal directional side ends 18a and 18b of the substrate, and mutual rear end surfaces 14d (allocation lines 20c and 20f) of the spiral footboard are opposed, and allocation is executed so as to extend a clearance 21 in parallel between these, and after forming a non-penetration groove 22 from a surface 18e of the substrate in the clearance, a decorative sheet 19 is stuck so as to enter all the way up to a reverse surface 18f via a side surface of the longitudinal directional side ends 18a and 18b from the substrate surface, and the decorative sheet of a groove part of the substrate is cut along a groove width center 22b, and a cutting end part of the decorative sheet is stuck to groove side surfaces 22c and 22c, and a groove bottom part 22d is cut from the reverse surface of the substrate, and is cut along allocation lines 20a-20f, so that two non-rectangular spiral footboards 14 and 14 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】好適に化粧シート貼りされた複数枚の廻り踏板を効率的に製造する。【解決手段】矩形状の基板18に一対の同一形状の廻り踏板14を割り付け、その際、廻り踏板の前端面14cを基板の長手方向側端18a,18bに合致させると共に、廻り踏板の後端面14d(割付線20c,20f)同士を対向させてこれらの間に隙間21を平行に延長させるようにして割付を行い、該隙間に基板の表面18eから非貫通の溝22を形成した後、化粧シート19を基板表面から長手方向側端18a,18bの側面を経て裏面18fにまで回り込むように貼着し、基板の溝部分の化粧シートを溝幅中心22bに沿って切断し、化粧シートの切断端部を溝側面22c,22cに貼着し、基板の裏面から溝底部22dを切断すると共に割付線20a〜20fに沿って切断することにより、2枚の非矩形状の廻り踏板14,14を得る。【選択図】図1
