PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of, for example, reducing power consumption by an air-conditioning device, by effectively using a portable terminal unit.SOLUTION: A server 3 executes a notification operation by selecting at least one terminal unit with which the notification operation should be performed on the basis of information indicating a current position of a terminal 1 and a location of a window for which the determination is to be made. This helps prevent an uncertain opening operation, thereby realizing a system capable of, for example, reducing power consumption by an air-conditioning device, by effectively using the portable terminal unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 携帯可能な端末機を有効利用することにより、例えば空調装置の消費電力を低減することも可能なシステムを実現する。【解決手段】 サーバ3は、判断対象となった窓の位置及び端末機1の現在位置を示す情報に基づいて報知作動が実行されるべき端末機を少なくとも1つ選択して報知作動を実行する。これにより、確実な窓開け実施が行われない場合の発生を抑制できるので、携帯可能な端末機を有効利用することにより、例えば空調装置の消費電力を低減することも可能なシステムを実現することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
