WINDOW SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window sash capable of preventing generation of a gap by preventing a bottom rail constituting a sash of the window sash from swinging in the indoor/outdoor directions to securely keep a state in which an indoor side surface contacts with an airtight material of a vertical frame, even when a sash roller has melted at the time of occurrence of fire.SOLUTION: A sill 11 includes: rail parts 11b, 11c that guide an inner sash 2 and an outer sash 3 along the longer directions, respectively; and sash opposite parts 11d, 11e, each of which is formed on the outdoor side of a rail part and is opposite to the indoor side surface of the inner sash 2 or outer sash 3. A bottom rail 21 includes an outer peripheral surface having a lateral slope part 24c opposite to the rail part of the sill 11. The lateral slope part 24c is formed from metal material and in a slope shape from the outdoor inner peripheral side to the indoor outer peripheral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
