PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a ventilation layer readily and stably between an exterior wall and a moisture permeable waterproof sheet installed on a side of a structural frame and a heat-insulation material that faces the exterior wall, in a heat-insulating ventilation wall structure of a building.SOLUTION: A heat-insulating ventilation wall structure of a building includes: a resin foam heat insulation material 21 used as a heat insulation material on which a moisture permeating waterproof sheet 50 is installed; a ventilation layer forming material 61 provided between an exterior wall 30 and the moisture permeating waterproof sheet 50 installed along beams 12, 13 of a skeletal frame 15 of a structural body 10A; and a ventilation layer forming material 62 provided between only a part of the exterior wall 30 close to the resin foam heat insulation material 21 and the moisture permeating waterproof sheet 50 installed along the foam resin heat insulation material 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 建物の断熱通気壁構造において、外壁と、構造体の枠組及び断熱材の該外壁に臨む側に張設されている透湿防水シートとの間に、簡易かつ安定的に通気層を形成すること。【解決手段】 建物の断熱通気壁構造において、透湿防水シート５０が張設される断熱材として発泡樹脂系断熱材２１が用いられ、外壁３０と構造体１０Ａの枠組１５の梁１２、１３に添って張設されている透湿防水シート５０との間に通気層形成材６１が設けられるとともに、外壁３０の発泡樹脂系断熱材２１に近接する部分の一部のみと該発泡樹脂系断熱材２１に添って張設されている透湿防水シート５０との間に通気層形成材６２が設けられてなるもの。【選択図】 図３
