BUILDING BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board that provides solidity and worked timber feeling, and a manufacturing method for the building board.SOLUTION: There is provided a building board having first and second coating films formed on a surface of an original plate including a plurality of wood grain forming salients for showing a woody taste. On the surface of the original plate are formed a plurality of segmentation recesses extending vertically. A wood grain forming salient extends horizontally; a segmentation recess has a slender shape and extends vertically so as to segment the wood grain forming salient into left and right parts. On the wood grain forming salient is formed a first coating film; on the segmentation recess is formed a second coating film. Brightness of the first coating film is higher than that of the second coating film. There is provided a manufacturing method for the building board, for performing application of the a first coating film and application and scraping of a second coating film while horizontally transporting an original plate including a plurality of wood grain forming salients and segmentation recesses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】立体感や加工された木材の風合いを有する建築板及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木目調を呈するための複数の木目形成凸部を有する原板の表面に、第一塗膜、第二塗膜が形成された建築板。原板の表面には、上下方向に延びた分断凹部が複数形成されている。木目形成凸部は、左右に延びており、分断凹部は細長形状であって、前記木目形成凸部を左右に分断するよう上下に延びている。木目形成凸部には第一塗膜が形成されており、分断凹部には第二塗膜が形成されており、前記第一塗膜の明度は前記第二塗膜の明度よりも高い。及び、複数の木目形成凸部、分断凹部を有する原板を左右方向に搬送させながら、第一塗料の塗布、第二塗料の塗布、掻き取りを行う建築板の製造方法。【選択図】図１
