BELT-TYPE RAIL HEAD RE-PROFILING MACHINE AND SELF-TRAVELING RAIL HEAD RE-PROFILING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a belt-type rail head re-profiling machine capable of efficiently performing rail head re-profiling work with one rail head re-profiling machine by using a grinding belt rotating in a longitudinal direction of a rail; and a self-traveling rail head re-profiling device.SOLUTION: A re-profiling machine is provided with a pair of grinding belt rotating pulleys 24c1, 24c2 arranged with a predetermined interval therebetween and a grinding belt 24d is stretched across the pulleys. The grinding belt 24d is provided with, in the inside thereof: a pressing roller 24f having a rail head shape pressing surface whose shape is substantially matched with a cross-sectional shape of a head part of a rail R; and a pressing plate 24e having a flat-plate pressing surface having a flat-plate shape and a predetermined length in a longitudinal direction of the rail R. The pressing roller 24f and the pressing plate 24e are relatively lifted and lowered to cause the grinding belt 24d to be pressed against the head part of the rail R with the flat-plate pressing surface of the pressing plate 24e or the rail head shape pressing surface of the pressing roller 24f, and thereby the grinding is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】レールの長手方向に回転する研削ベルトを使用してレール頭部の削正作業を一台のレール頭部削正機により効率良く実行することができるベルト式レール頭部削正機および自走式レール頭部削正装置を提供する。【解決手段】削正機本体に所定間隔を空けて設けた一対の研削ベルト回転用プーリー24c1,24c1間に掛け渡した研削ベルト24dの内側に、レールRの頭部の断面形状にほぼ合致させたレール頭部形状押付け面を有する押付けローラー24fと、レールRの長手方向に所定長さを有する平板状の平板状押付け面を有する押付け板24eとを設け、押付けローラー24fと押付け板24eとを相対的に昇降させることにより、押付け板24eの平板状押付け面または押付けローラー24fのレール頭部形状押付け面で研削ベルト24dをレールRの頭部に押付けて研削する。【選択図】図4
