PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall coating method, being high in adhesiveness with a building wall surface, for keeping a fine dressing state over a long period, dispensing with maintenance and capable of long useful life.SOLUTION: When coating a finish coating material (6) by coating primer paint (5) by polishing a coating surface (2) of a building outer wall (1), the finish coating material includes an A liquid and a B liquid, and [A liquid] (1) a fluororesin of including a copolymer of fluoro olefin and alkyl vinyl ether, (2) at least one substance selected from a silane-based compound of including a silanol group by a hydrolysis of an alkoxy group, photocatalytic titanium oxide, alkali silicate-based inorganic coating material and a metallic alkoxide-based inorganic material as a hydrophilicity imparting agent, (3) an ultraviolet ray absorber and (4) a solvent, and [B liquid] (1) a hardening agent and (2) a solvent, and the A liquid and the B liquid are mixed and coated by a roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建造物壁面との接着性が高く、長期間美装状態を保ち、かつメンテナンスが不要で長い耐用年数が可能な外壁塗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】建造物外壁(1)の塗装面(2)を研摩しプライマー塗料(5)を塗装し上塗り材(6)を塗装するに際し、上塗り材はA液とB液を含み、[A液](1)フルオロオレフィンとアルキルビニルエーテルの共重合体を含むフッ素樹脂、(2)親水性付与剤として、アルコキシル基の加水分解によるシラノール基を含むシラン系化合物、光触媒酸化チタン、アルカリシリケート系無機塗材、金属アルコキシド系無機材から選ばれる少なくとも一つの物質、(3)紫外線吸収剤、(4)溶剤、[B液](1)硬化剤、(2)溶剤、前記A液とB液を混合してローラー塗装する。【選択図】図2
