SUPPORT FRAME FOR ANCHORING INSTALLATION OF WINDMILL TOWER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support frame for anchoring installation that can improve workability of the installation work of the anchoring installed in the windmill tower foundation and the relevant rebar arrangement work.SOLUTION: A body of a support frame 1 is formed of a leg connecting member for connecting and fixing the upper part of six legs 2, a leg fixing member for fixing three of the legs 2 as one set by bolts in the T-shape, and a base connection/fixing member 4 for connecting and fixing the lowermost part of the legs 2 in welding. In the bar arrangement work of foundation base rebar 11, the leg connecting member and the leg fixing member are removed temporarily, and thereby obstructions are reduced to promote efficiency of the bar arrangement work. Also, a diagonal member 6 for leg reinforcement is mounted in welding and reinforced between each other of the legs 2. An adjusting base 7 for putting an anchoring 10 is mounted on the top of the legs 2 with two nuts, and the height can be adjusted finely with high accuracy. A structure is not present in the central part of the support frame 1, and the installation is possible without trouble even if foundation piles rise up in a center portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】風車タワー基礎内に設置するアンカーリングの据付作業及び関連した鉄筋配筋作業の作業性を向上できるアンカーリング据付用の支持架台を提供する。【解決手段】6本の脚2の上方部をボルトで連結・固定する脚連結用部材と、脚2の3本を1組としてT字型にボルトで固定する脚固定用部材と、脚2の最下部を溶接で連結・固定するベース連結・固定用部材4とで支持架台1の本体を形成し、基礎ベース鉄筋11の配筋作業時には、脚連結用部材及び脚固定用部材を一時的に取外すことで、障害物が少なくなり配筋作業が効率化する。また、脚2の相互間に脚補強用斜材6を溶接などで取付けて補強する。アンカーリング10を乗せるアジャストベース7を脚2の最上部にナット2個で取付けて、高さを高精度に微調整できる。支持架台1の中心部には構造物が無く、中心部分に基礎杭などが立ち上がっていても、支障なく設置が可能である。【選択図】図1
