ADIABATIC EARTHQUAKE PROOF PANEL FOR WOODEN BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden house panel, which has high airtightness, heat insulation and aseismatic performance and requires less field work thanks to factory production.SOLUTION: A panel comprises: a face plate 1, which has a base plate 1a with rigidity and a peripheral frame 1b attached to a circumference of a face on indoor side of the base plate; a heat insulation material 2, whose circumference is conformed to that of the face plate 1 and attached to an outdoor face of the base plate 1a; and a heat insulation sheet 9 attached to outside of the heat insulation material. The panel is manufactured by factory production to a size conformed to an inner size of framework materials 7, 8, 15 around an opening to be a wall face. The heat insulation sheet 9 is attached to a peripheral surface by folding a peripheral part 9a of the heat insulation sheet to the peripheral surface of the peripheral frame 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】工場生産することによって現場作業を低減し、高気密・高断熱・高耐震性能に優れた木造住宅用のパネルを得る。【解決手段】剛性を備えた基板1a及びその屋内側となるべき面の周縁に貼着された周枠1bとを備えた面板1と、基板1aの屋外側となるべき面に外周を面板1の外周に一致させて貼着された断熱材2と、その外側に添着された遮熱シート9を備え、壁面となるべき開口周囲の軸組材7、8、15の内法寸法に合わせた寸法に工場生産によって製造されるパネルである。遮熱シート9は、その周縁部9aを周枠1bの周面へと折り曲げて当該周面に貼着されている。【選択図】図4
