PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having high heat insulating performance and strength concerning an exterior heat insulating moisture-permeable earthquake-proof structure.SOLUTION: This structure is provided with: an outer wall structural body in which a wall material, a moisture-proof airtight sheet, an inner heat insulating layer, a structure surface material, a moisture-permeable water-proof sheet, and an outer heat insulating layer, and an exterior material are laminated in this order; and an on-beam heat insulating layer that is arranged on the tie beam of a framework, and the outer heat insulating layer and the on-beam heat insulating layer are arranged to be continuous.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
