PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-storied parking device of a simple configuration that allows a parked vehicle or a tray to be moved between an upper story and a lower story, without being confined to a limited position like a lift device.SOLUTION: A multi-storied parking device includes: a storage part 5 formed in one of storage spaces 2A to 2O within a vertical projection plane of the storage space 2H; an elevating device 6 configured within the vertical projection plane and capable of retaining a storage state and an extended state; an elevating platform 40 configured above the elevating device 6 within the vertical projection plane, and capable of mounting a tray; A divided part vertical direction travel rail 3H and a divided part horizontal direction travel rail 4H on the elevating platform 40 divided so as to retain continuity with a vertical direction travel rail 3 and a horizontal direction travel rail 4, the elevating platform being stored in the elevating device 6 in the storage state; and an opening 43 formed on a floor 42 of the upper story, the opening accommodating the elevating platform 40 while the elevating device 6 is in the extended state, such that a top surface of the elevating platform 40 is almost aligned with a top surface of the floor 42 of the upper story.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】リフト装置のように限られた位置に制限されることなく構成することができ、簡単な構成で上方階と下方階の間で駐車車両またはトレーの移動を行うことができる多階式駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】格納スペース２Ａ〜２Ｏの一つに当該格納スペース２Ｈの垂直投影面内に形成した収納部５と、同垂直投影面内に構成されて収納状態と伸張状態を保持することが可能な昇降装置６と、昇降装置６の上部で、かつ同垂直投影面内に構成されてトレーを搭載可能な昇降台４０と、昇降装置６の収納状態における昇降台４０に縦方向走行レール３と横方向走行レール４と連続性を保つよう分断された分断部縦方向走行レール３Ｈと分断部横方向走行レール４Ｈと、昇降装置６の伸張状態で昇降台４０を迎え入れて昇降台４０の上面が上方階の床４２の上面とほぼ合致するように上方階の床４２に形成した開口部４３とを備えた。【選択図】図６
