PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-storied building having a sufficient ceiling height for securing a comfortable living space without installing a laid floor structure, also allowing a floor height to be reduced.SOLUTION: A multi-storied building includes: a floor 12; a wall 14 rising from the floor 12 and forming a room by partitioning a space above the floor 12; a horizontal pipe 372 connected to water-section equipment 371, having drainage from the water-section equipment 371 circulating therethrough, extending roughly in a horizontal direction, and laid along the wall 14 adjacent to the wall 14; a top plate part 24 adjacent to the wall 14 and covering above the horizontal pipe 372; and a side plate part covering beside the horizontal pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】置き床を設けずに、快適な居住スペースの確保を可能とする天井高さを有し、且つ、階高を低くすることができる複数層建築物を提供すること。【解決手段】複数層建築物は、床１２と、床１２から立ち上がり、床１２の上の空間を仕切ることにより部屋を形成する壁１３と、水回り設備３７１に接続されて水回り設備３７１からの排水が流通し、略水平方向に延び、前記壁１４に隣接して前記壁１４に沿って配置された横管３７２と、前記壁１４に隣接して前記横管３７２の上方を覆うように形成された上板部２４と、前記横管の側方を覆うように形成された側板部と、を備える。【選択図】図４
