PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily perform such various types of alteration as to increase ceiling height in a multi-storied building.SOLUTION: A multi-storied building 1 is constructed by arranging a wooden unit B, which comprises a wooden floor slab B1 and a wooden column B2, between slabs A1 and A2 of reinforced concrete construction or steel framed reinforced concrete construction. Since the wooden floor slab B1 and the wooden column B2 can be relatively further easily machined than in the case of reinforced concrete construction, such various types of alteration as to increase ceiling height can be relatively easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多層建築物において天井高を高くしたりするような様々なリフォームを比較的容易に行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】木造の床スラブB1と木造の柱B2とからなる木造ユニットBを、鉄筋コンクリート造又は鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造のスラブA1,A2の間に配置して多層建築物1を構築する。木造の床スラブB1や柱B2は鉄筋コンクリート造等のものと比べて比較的容易に加工ができるため、天井高を高くしたりするような様々なリフォームを比較的容易に行うことができる。【選択図】図1
