GUIDE RAIL FOR BUILDING HEAVY SHUTTER DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail that improves workability by dispensing with attachment and fixation to a lintel by welding, in a building heavy shutter device.SOLUTION: The longitudinal width of a guide rail 8 is set greater than those of inner and outer lintels 20 and 19, and regions corresponding to the inner and outer lintels 20 and 19 are notched to form second and first notched parts 8n and 8m. When an upper end of the guide rail 8 is fitted into a lintel space M, the inner and outer lintels 20 and 19 are fitted into the second and first notched parts 8n and 8m. Thus, the inner and outer lintels 20 and 19 are reinforced and supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 27
【課題】建築用重量シャッター装置において、溶接によるマグサとの取付け固定が不要になって作業性が向上したガイドレールを提供する。【解決手段】ガイドレール８の前後幅を、内外マグサ２０、１９よりも幅広にして内外マグサ２０、１９相当部位を切り欠いて第二、第一切欠き部８ｎ、８ｍを形成し、ガイドレール８の上端部をマグサ空間Ｍに嵌入した場合に、内外マグサ２０、１９が第二、第一切欠き部８ｎ、８ｍに嵌入するようにし、これにより内外マグサ２０、１９の補強支持をするようにする。【選択図】図２７
