CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ROAD SURFACE SNOW MELTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a road surface snow melting structure that suppresses manufacturing costs and prevents damaging of a buried pipe.SOLUTION: A construction method of a road surface snow melting structure of the present invention includes at least: a first step in which a resin tube 10 is laid on a foundation in the construction method of the road surface snow melting structure that melts snow using heat of a liquid flowing in a pipe; a second step in which a refrigerant 30 is made to flow through the resin pipe; a third step in which an asphalt mixture 40 is laid and leveled until the resin pipe is buried, and then an asphalt pavement body 50 is formed by roller compaction of the asphalt mixture; and a step 4 in which a semi-flexible pavement is formed by having cement milk 80 penetrate into the asphalt pavement body. The construction method of the present invention provides a firm pavement body even when a resin tube is used, allowing a resin body to be placed near the road surface. The method also eliminates demerits of the resin tube including low heat conductivity and a possibility of significant deformation caused by a large load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造コストの抑制及び埋設管の破損を防止できる路面融雪構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の路面融雪構造の施工方法は、管内に流す液体の熱を利用して融雪する路面融雪構造の施工方法において、樹脂管10を基盤上に敷設する第1工程と、前記樹脂管内に冷媒30を流す第2工程と、前記樹脂管が埋まるまでアスファルト混合物40を敷き均し、転圧することでアスファルト舗装体50を形成する第3工程と、当該アスファルト舗装体にセメントミルク80を浸透させることで半たわみ性舗装を行なう第4工程とを少なくとも備えることを特徴とする。本発明の施工方法では樹脂管を用いた場合でも強固な舗装体を得られるので、樹脂体を路面に近い位置に配置することができ、熱伝導率が低いという樹脂管のデメリットや大荷重により樹脂管が大きく変形するというデメリットを解消できる。【選択図】図1
