PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention system having high versatility, which is capable of being applied to a residence or shop having hinged doors.SOLUTION: A crime prevention system 1 using a space 9 capable of being closed by closing a first door 5 and a second door 7 comprises: a sensor mechanism 19 for detecting opening operation of the first door 5 and completion of closing; lock mechanisms 16 and 18 for restricting opening operation of the first door 5 and the second door; and a control mechanism 20 that transmits a signal for restricting opening operation to the lock mechanism 16 for the second door 7 in response to detection of opening operation of the first door 5 and, after that, detects completion of closing of the first door 5 before transmitting a signal for restricting opening operation of the first door 5 to the lock mechanism 18 for the first door 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
