FLASK FOR SLEEPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flask for a sleeper mass-producible at high precision while suppressing the increase of production cost, and further preventing the damage of a cement based material for molding a sleeper.SOLUTION: Provided is a flask 1 for a sleeper for molding a sleeper 7. The flask 1 for a sleeper includes: a face plate 2 formed almost so as to be a planar shape; and a pair of side plates 3 elongating from both the side parts 2a in the width direction X of the face plate 2 to a height direction Y. The face plate 2 and the side plates 3 are produced with a cement based material, and further, the inside 4 of the frame formed so as to be surrounded around the face plate 2 and a pair of side plates 3 is placed with a cement based material for forming a sleeper 7. In the face plate 2, a rail fastening apparatus installing hole 5 for fitting the sleeper 7 with the rail fastening apparatus fixed with the rail so as to pass from the frame inside 4 to the plate thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造コストの増大を抑制しながら、高い精度で量産できるものとするとともに、マクラギを成形するためのセメント系材料の損壊を防止することのできるマクラギ用型枠を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用したマクラギ用型枠１は、マクラギ７を成形するためのものである。本発明を適用したマクラギ用型枠１は、略平板状に形成される面板２と、面板２の幅方向Ｘの両側部２ａから高さ方向Ｙに延びる一対の側板３とを備える。面板２及び側板３は、セメント系材料で製作されるとともに、面板２及び一対の側板３に取り囲まれて形成された枠内部４に、マクラギ７を成形するためのセメント系材料が打設される。面板２は、レールが固定されるレール締結装置をマクラギ７に取り付けるためのレール締結装置設置用孔５が、枠内部４から板厚方向に貫通させて設けられる。【選択図】図１
