POROUS BODY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE POROUS BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous body essentially consisting of nanopowder, and a method for easily producing a porous body.SOLUTION: Provided is a porous body containing: nanopowder including a plurality of nanoparticles 10; and a binding resin 20 bridging a space between the nanoparticles 10 to bind the nanoparticles 10 to each other, and in which the content of the nanopowder is 25 vol.% or lower. Also provided is a method for producing a porous body including: a raw material preparation step where a solution including nanopowder having a plurality of nanoparticles 10 and a resin 20 is prepared; a powder filling step where the nanopowder is filled into a molding container; a solution infiltration step where the solution is filled into the molding container to infiltrate the solution into the nanopowder; and a solvent removal step where the solvent in the solution is removed, thus a resin 20 bridging a space between the nanoparticles 10 is precipitated, and the nanoparticles 10 are joined to each other to produce a porous body in which the content of the nanopowder is 25 vol% or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ナノ粉末を主体とする多孔体、及び多孔体を容易に製造できる多孔体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】ナノ粒子10を複数有するナノ粉末と、ナノ粒子10の間を橋渡ししてナノ粒子10同士を結合する結合樹脂20とを備え、ナノ粉末の含有量が、25体積%以下である多孔体。ナノ粒子10を複数有するナノ粉末と、樹脂20を含む溶液とを準備する原料準備工程と、前記ナノ粉末を成形容器に充填する粉末充填工程と、前記成形容器内に前記溶液を充填して、前記ナノ粉末に前記溶液を浸透させる溶液浸透工程と、前記溶液中の溶媒を除去することで、ナノ粒子10同士の間を橋渡しする樹脂20を析出させてナノ粒子10同士を結合させ、前記ナノ粉末の含有量が25体積%以下の多孔体を作製する溶媒除去工程とを備える多孔体の製造方法。【選択図】図1
