PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement clinker production device where harmful substance is hard to exhaust to the environment, and cement.SOLUTION: Provided is a cement clinker production device comprising: a kiln 23; a suspension preheater 21; a connection piping 22 of connecting the kiln 23 and the suspension preheater 21; a gas extraction pipe 41 connected to the connection piping 22 and extracting the kiln exhaust gas in the kiln 23; a cooler 42 connected to the downstream of the gas extraction pipe 41; a dust collector 43 connected to the downstream of the cooler 42; and a gas piping 5 for cooling connected to the piping at the downstream than the suspension preheater 21 and exhausting the exhaust gas in the suspension preheater, and the connection is made in such a manner that the gas is fed from the gas piping 5 for cooling to the cooler 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
