PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof slit material excellent in workability and quality, without requiring a reinforcement material and fixing hardware in installation, by securing fire resistance, compressibility (a deformable width and deformation restorability), interlayer deformation and watertightness, by preventing shear fracture and brittle fracture of a structural frame such as a column and a beam by a nonstructural wall such as a suspension wall, a spandrel wall and a wing wall in an earthquake.SOLUTION: A post-construction earthquake-proof slit material excellent in workability and quality, is provided so that a slit part is provided by a joint form, and an earthquake-proof slit is formed by inserting a slit material into this slit part, and request performance of the slit material is squeezed into fire resistance, compressibility (a deformable width and deformation restorability), interlayer deformation and watertightness without using a reinforcement material and fixing hardware required when driving into concrete, and this request performance is formed as a combination of silicon rubber for securing fire resistance and compressibility (the deformable width and the deformation restorability) and an elastic sealant for securing interlayer deformation and watertightness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 地震時の垂れ壁や腰壁や袖壁などの非構造壁による柱や梁などの構造骨組みの剪断破壊や脆性破壊を防止し、耐火性、圧縮性(変形可能巾、変形復帰性)、層間変形・水密性を確保し、取り付けに際する補強材や固定金物を必要としなく、施工性と品質の良い耐震スリット材を提供する。【解決手段】目地型枠でスリット部を設け、このスリット部にスリット材を挿入して耐震スリットとすることで、コンクリートに打ち込む際に必要な補強材や固定金物を使用せずに、スリット材の要求性能を耐火性、圧縮性(変形可能巾、変形復帰性)、層間変形・水密性に絞り込み、この要求性能を耐火性と圧縮性(変形可能巾、変形復帰性)を確保するシリコンゴムと層間変形・水密性を確保する弾性シーリング材との組合せとすることで、施工性と品質の良い後施工耐震スリット材を提供することを目的とする。【選択図】図2
