PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost earthquake-proof slit material excellent in fire-resistant performance.SOLUTION: An earthquake-proof slit material 1 is constituted of a cushioning material 2 composed of a foam synthetic resin and a pair of support members 3 and 3 arranged in both side end parts of the cushioning material, and the support members are constituted of a concave holding part 4 for holding a side end part of the cushioning material and a pair of projection pieces 7 and 7 buried in concrete walls 10 and 11 by projecting to the outside from both sidewalls 4b and 4b of the holding part, and the support members are integrally molded by a fire-resistant material formed by mixing a thermoplastic synthetic resin (a polyvinyl chloride resin) as a main material and expansive graphite of expanding by heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐火性能に優れていて、しかも低コストな耐震スリット材を提供する。【解決手段】耐震スリット材1を、発泡合成樹脂から成る緩衝材2と、該緩衝材の両側端部に配された一対の支持部材3,3とにより構成し、該支持部材を、上記緩衝材の側端部が保持される凹状の保持部4と、該保持部の両側壁4b,4bから外方に突出してコンクリート壁10,11中に埋設される一対の突出片7,7とにより構成し、該支持部材を、主材としての熱可塑性合成樹脂(ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂)と、加熱により膨張する膨張黒鉛とが混合されて成る耐火性材料によって一体成形した。【選択図】図1
