PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation agitation device which can facilitate injecting a solidification material milk into a mixed soil even if a confining pressure acting on the mixed soil increases.SOLUTION: This excavation agitation device comprises: a rotary shaft 6 that is rotated in the ground; an excavation blade 10 that is protrusively provided at a lower end of the rotary shaft 6 and that excavates sediment; a corotation prevention blade 14 that is provided in a position higher by a predetermined distance than the excavation blade 10 in the rotary shaft 6 and that has a boss part loosely fitted to the rotary shaft 6 by going around the rotary shaft 6 and that comes into contact with the natural ground at the tip; a screw body 16 that is provided in a position higher than the corotation prevention blade 14 in the rotary shaft 6 and that conveys sediment in an opposite direction to a traveling direction of the excavation blade 10; a guide cylinder 18 that is supported so as to rotate relative to the rotary shaft 6 and that surrounds the screw body 16; and a turn-stopper plate 20 projecting outward from the guide cylinder 18 and coming into contact with the natural ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
