PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation-agitation device having a constitution capable of improving fragmentation performance for fragmenting a clod and agitation performance for agitating excavation earth and a ground solidification material.SOLUTION: An excavation-agitation device comprises a cylindrical shaft part, an excavation blade provided in a tip part of the shaft part, an agitation blade provided on the base end side of the shaft part more than the excavation blade and a corotation prevention part relatively rotatably installed to the shaft part in a position of separating a predetermined clearance to the agitation blade in the axial direction of the shaft part and extending up to the outside more than the excavation blade in the radial direction of the shaft part, and the corotation part comprises a plurality of through-holes of penetrating in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
