PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative building board of high design which has a uniform projection-recess form, and wetting spreadability recognized to be uniform when inkjet printing is performed thereto using active ray-curable ink.MEANS: There is provided a method for manufacturing a decorative building board comprising: performing a surface treatment with a flame irradiated while inclined at a certain angle to the building board having a uniform projection-recess form; and then performing inkjet printing using active ray-curable ink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【解決課題】一定の凹凸を有する建築板に活性光線硬化型インキを用いてインクジェット印刷を行う場合に、該インキの均一な濡れ広がりが認められる、意匠性の高い化粧建築板の製造方法を提供する。【手段】上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、一定の凹凸を有する建築板を特定の角度で傾斜させて照射した火炎で表面処理した後、活性光線硬化型インキを用いてインクジェット印刷を行うことを含む化粧建築板の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図３
