METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE BUILDING BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative building board with high designability, in which uniform wet spreading of ink is visually recognized when inkjet printing is applied to a building board with definite irregularities by using the activated light curing ink.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a method of manufacturing a decorative building board includes performing inkjet printing by using activated light curing ink, after applying surface treatment to the building board by a flame generated by burning combustible gas jetted at a flow velocity of 30-200 L/min per 1 cmof a flame hole of a burner having a length of 1-8 mm, from the flame hole of the burner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】一定の凹凸を有する建築板に活性光線硬化型インキを用いてインクジェット印刷を行う場合に、該インキの均一な濡れ広がりが認められる、意匠性の高い化粧建築板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、建築板を、長さが1〜8mmであるバーナーの炎口から、バーナーの炎口1cm2当たり30〜200L/分の流速で噴射される燃焼性ガスが燃焼して生じる火炎で表面処理した後、活性光線硬化型インキでインクジェット印刷することを含む、化粧建築板の製造方法である。【選択図】図3
