PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive coated floor including two layers consisting of a primer layer and a surface layer for reducing construction period, more excellent in antistatic performance than conventional ones; and a building such as a workshop having the conductive coated floor.SOLUTION: A conductive coated floor includes a primer layer and a surface layer laminated on the primer layer. The surface layer is formed of floor coating materials including an epoxy resin, a conductive metal oxide of 30 parts by mass or more and 40 parts by mass or less, and a stainless steel fiber of 1 part by mass or more and 2 parts by mass or less, based on 100 parts by mass of the epoxy resin. 【課題】工期短縮のためにプライマ層と表面層の２層からなり、なおかつ現状よりもさらに帯電防止性能に優れた導電性塗り床、および当該導電性塗り床を備えた工場等の建物を提供する。【解決手段】導電性塗り床は、プライマ層上に、エポキシ樹脂、当該エポキシ樹脂１００質量部あたり３０質量部以上、４０質量部以下の導電性金属酸化物、および１質量部以上、２質量部以下のステンレス繊維を含む表面層用の塗り床材からなる表面層を積層した。建物は、上記導電性塗り床を備える。【選択図】なし
