CONDUCTIVE COATED FLOOR STRUCTURE AND FORMATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a conductive coated floor structure which has a small shrinkage stress of a coating film, does not peel off the coating film due to the shrinkage stress, has high impact resistance, does not change its color due to ultraviolet rays and is excellent in appearance, has an electrical resistance of more than 0.01 MΩ and less than 100 MΩ on a surface of the coating film, and hardly causes micro-cracks over time, and a formation method for the same.SOLUTION: A conductive coated floor structure includes: a conductive primer layer formed on a surface of a concrete under the floor; and a conductive water-based polymer cement composition layer formed by coating a conductive water-based polymer cement composition with a coating amount of 2.5-4.5 kg/m2 on the conductive primer layer. In the conductive coated floor structure, the conductive water-based polymer cement composition layer consists of water-dispersed polyols, polyisocyanates, organometallic catalysts, carbon fibers, hydraulic cement, and aggregates.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】塗膜の収縮応力が小さく、収縮応力によっては塗膜が剥離することがなく、高い耐衝撃性を有し、紫外線によって色調が変化せず美観にも優れ、塗膜表面の電気抵抗が0.01MΩ超100MΩ未満であり、経時によって微細クラックが生じることが殆ど無い導電塗り床構造体及びその形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】床下地コンクリート表面に形成された導電プライマー層と、該導電プライマー層の上に導電性水系ポリマーセメント組成物を塗付量2.5~4.5kg/m2で塗付して形成された導電性水系ポリマーセメント組成物層と、から成る導電塗り床構造体であり、該導電性水系ポリマーセメント組成物層が水分散ポリオールと、ポリイソシアネートと、有機金属系触媒と、炭素繊維と、水硬性セメントと、骨材と、から成ることを特徴とする導電塗り床構造体である。【選択図】なし
