CONDUCTIVE FLOOR COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITION, CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF, AND CONDUCTIVE COATED FLOOR
To provide: a conductive floor coating material composition which becomes a coated floor by, after at least a primer or a substrate adjusting material is coated on a substrate concrete surface if needed, being coated thereon and cured, the surface of the coating film having electric resistance of less than 100 MΩ under a low applied voltage of less than 500 V, and which can form a conductive coated floor in less steps; a construction method thereof; and a conductive coated floor.SOLUTION: Provided are: a conductive floor coating material composition, comprising an epoxy resin, a curing agent which reacts with the epoxy resin, and carbon nanotubes, where the curing agent is an aliphatic polyamine and carbon nanotubes are present in a content of 0.007 to 0.030 pts.wt. in 100 pts.wt. of total composition; a construction method thereof; and a conductive coated floor.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】下地コンクリート表面に必要により少なくともプライマーまたは下地調整材を塗付した後、この上に塗付して硬化することで塗り床となり、印加電圧500V未満の低電圧に対しても塗膜表面の電気抵抗値が100MΩ未満であり、導電性塗り床を省工程で形成できる導電性塗り床材組成物、その施工方法、及び導電性塗り床を提供する。【解決手段】エポキシ樹脂と、該エポキシ樹脂と反応する硬化剤と、カーボンナノチューブと、を含有する導電性塗り床材組成物であって、硬化剤は脂肪族ポリアミンであり、カーボンナノチューブは、組成物全体100重量部中0.007~0.030重量部であることを特徴とする導電性塗り床材組成物、その施工方法、及び導電性塗り床である。【選択図】なし
