CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BURYING UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGER IN STEEL PIPE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for burying an underground heat exchanger having an advantage in view of workability, cost, and heat exchange efficiency.SOLUTION: A soil intrusion prevention steel pipe having a closed sharp lower end is inserted and fixed into a steel pipe pile for being driven into ground, and the sharp lower end is protruded and exposed from a lower end of the steel pipe pile. After an object configured as above is driven into the ground, the soil intrusion prevention steel pipe is separated and pulled out from the steel pipe pile in the ground. Subsequently, a heat exchanger, from which a heat collection part branches off, is buried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性とコスト面と熱交換効率での有利性を有する地中熱交換器埋設のための工法を提供する。【解決手段】閉塞された先鋭下端を有する土壌侵入防止鋼管を、土中に打ち込むための鋼管杭内に挿入固定するとともに、該先鋭下端を鋼管杭下端より突出露出させ、以上の構成物を土中に打ち込んだ後、土中の鋼管杭より土壌侵入防止鋼管を分離して引き抜き、その後、採熱部が分岐された熱交換器を埋設することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
