POROUS BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous body capable of improving bending strength.SOLUTION: Provided is a porous body containing an inorganic material, and which is provided with a bulk part and a surface layer part formed so as to cover the whole or a part of the surface of the bulk part, the porous body being a polycrystal body in which the porosity of the bulk part is 15 to 85 vol%, the porosity of the surface layer part is above 0 and 50 vol.% or lower and is smaller than the porosity of the bulk part, and the thickness of the surface layer part is 5 to 200 μm. In the porous body, among the pores present in the above surface layer part, regarding the pores with a pore size of 10 μm or more, the 90% cumulative pore size in the distribution of number standards is 50 μm or lower, and, among the pores present in the above bulk part, regarding the pores with a pore size 10 μm or more, the 90% cumulative pore size is 200 μm or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】曲げ強度を向上させることが可能な多孔質体の提供。【解決手段】無機材料を含み、バルク部と、バルク部の表面の全部又は一部を覆うように形成された表層部と、を備え、バルク部の気孔率は、15〜85体積%であり、表層部の気孔率は、0より大きく50体積%以下であり、かつ、バルク部の気孔率よりも小さく、表層部の厚みは、5〜200μmである多結晶体。前記表層部に存在する気孔のうち、気孔径が10μm以上の気孔は、個数基準の分布における90%累積気孔径が50μm以下であり、前記バルク部に存在する気孔のうち、気孔径が10μm以上の気孔は、90%累積気孔径が200μm以下である、多孔質体。【選択図】図1
