WORK DEFECT MEASURE CIRCUIT OF HYDRAULIC WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a machine from operating as not intended when a pattern selector valve is in the middle of switching to a predetermined switching position.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic circuit comprising a pattern selector valve 28 changing combinations of output ports R1-R8 of a remote control valve 27 and pilot ports 22a-25b of a direction selector valve 21, the remote control valve 27 is provided with a branch oil path 33 branching off from an oil path for supplying pilot oil, and the branch oil path 33 is connected to a tank line 34 leading to a tank T through switching means 31. The switching means 31 blocks the branch oil path 33 and tank line 34 when the pattern selector valve 28 is at a predetermined switching position 28a, 28c so as to supply pilot oil to the remote control valve 27, and links the branch oil path 33 and tank line 34 to each other when the pattern selector valve is at a switching halfway position 28a in the middle of switching to the predetermined switching position 28a, 28c so as to lower pilot pressure to the remote control valve 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】パターン切換弁が所定の切換位置への切換途中にある場合の機械の意図しない動作を防止する。【解決手段】リモコン弁27の出力ポートR1〜R8と方向切換弁21の各パイロットポート22a〜25bとの組み合わせを変更するパターン切換弁28を備えた油圧回路において、リモコン弁27にパイロット油を供給する油路から分岐して分岐油路33が設けられ、分岐油路33は切換手段31を介してタンクTに通ずるタンクライン34に接続される。切換手段31は、パターン切換弁28が所定の切換位置28a、28cにある場合に分岐油路33とタンクライン34を遮断し、リモコン弁27へパイロット油を供給し、所定の切換位置28a、28cに切り換えられる途中の切換途中位置28bにある場合に分岐油路33とタンクライン34とを連通させ、リモコン弁27へのパイロット圧を低下させる。【選択図】図4
