PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper material easy in removing foreign matter such as garbage having influence on an attitude of a form panel, and also easy in disassembling form timbering.SOLUTION: A sleeper material 2 for supporting a form panel 1 closely arranged in a first direction X and a second direction Y, comprises a sleeper material body 21 extending in the first direction X and a plurality of projection parts 23 provided on its form panel support surface 22. The plurality of projection parts 23 are arranged in a zigzag shape at a pitch corresponding to a form dimension D in the first direction X of the form panel 1 along the first direction X. The mutually adjacent two projection parts 23 separate by two times of a plate thickness dimension S1 of a frame plate 12 of the form panel 1 in the first direction X, and separate by two times of the plate thickness dimension S1 in the second direction Y. The sleeper material 2 supports an end part on the mutually abutting side of the two form panels 1 adjacent in the second direction Y by the form panel support surface 22 in a state of inserting the projection parts 23 every other one sheet of a plurality of form panels 1 arranged in the first direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】型枠パネルの姿勢に影響を与えるゴミなどの異物の除去が容易であり、かつ、型枠支保工の解体が容易な大引材を提供すること。【解決手段】第１方向Ｘおよび第２方向Ｙに隙間無く配列された型枠パネル１を支持する大引材２は、第１方向Ｘに延びる大引材本体２１と、その型枠パネル支持面２２に設けた複数の突部２３を有する。複数の突部２３は、第１方向Ｘに沿って、型枠パネル１の第１方向Ｘの型枠寸法Ｄに対応するピッチで千鳥に配列されている。互いに隣り合う２つの突部２３は第１方向Ｘで型枠パネル１の枠板１２の板厚寸法Ｓ１の２倍離間し、第２方向Ｙで板厚寸法Ｓ１の２倍離間する。大引材２は、第１方向Ｘに配列された複数枚の型枠パネル１の１枚おきに突部２３を挿入した状態で、第２方向Ｙで隣接する２枚の型枠パネル１の互いに当接している側の端部分を型枠パネル支持面２２で支持する。【選択図】図３
