PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit management device capable of achieving entrance/exit management with more reliability.SOLUTION: An entrance/exit management device 300 includes: an ID authentication unit 340 performing ID authentication that determines whether a person standing at an entrance is a person who has an entry authority to an area to be managed on the basis of ID information of a terminal owned by the person standing at the entrance of the area to be managed; a face information obtaining unit 360 obtaining a result of a face detection in the area to be managed; an abnormality determination unit 370 determining whether an unauthorized person being a person who does not have the entry authority has entered the area to be managed, on the basis of a result of the ID authentication and the result of the face detection; and an abnormality processing unit 380 performing predetermined processing in response to the fact that the unauthorized person has entered the area to be managed when the unauthorized person is determined to have entered the area to be managed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】より信頼性の高い入退管理を実現することができる入退管理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】入退管理装置３００は、管理対象エリアの入り口に位置する人が所持する端末のＩＤ情報に基づいて、入り口に位置する人が管理対象エリアへの進入権限を有する人であるか否かを判定する、ＩＤ認証を行うＩＤ認証部３４０と、管理対象エリアにおける顔検出の結果を取得する顔情報取得部３６０と、ＩＤ認証の結果および顔検出の結果に基づいて、進入権限を有さない人である非権限者が管理対象エリアに進入したか否かを判定する異常判定部３７０と、非権限者が管理対象エリアに進入したと判定されたとき、非権限者が管理対象エリアに進入した事に対応する所定の処理を行う異常処理部３８０と、を有する。【選択図】図４
