PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing metal fitting for contributing to further stable holding of roof-placing equipment on a seam type batten seam roofing roof.SOLUTION: An installing metal fitting (14) comprises a support member (30) having a receiving part (36) for receiving placement of roof-placing equipment (12) above a batten seam (16) of a roof (10) in use and a pair of mutually opposed leg parts of continuing with the receiving part, that is, the pair of leg parts (38) positioned on both sides of the batten seam in use, a locking member (31) arranged between both leg parts of the support member and locked on two strips of seams (26) of the batten seam, a first fastening member (32) for fastening the receiving part of the support member and the locking member and a second fastening member (34) for fastening both leg parts of the support member to the batten seam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
