RAINWATER CONTROLLER AND RAINWATER CONTROL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater controller that prevents excess rainwater from flowing into a sewerage system from a downpipe of a house, thereby preventing a sewerage system of a city from becoming full.SOLUTION: A rainwater controller includes: a flow amount throttle 24 for restricting a rainwater flow amount in a rainwater pipe on a downstream side of the rainwater pipe; a storage tank 19 for accepting the rainwater of which the flow amount is restricted by the flow amount throttle; and a drain valve of the storage tank 19. The rainwater controller further includes: an excess water exhaust port formed to be communicated with the storage tank 19, for draining excess rainwater that exceeds a capacity of the storage tank 19; and an all-amount exhaust port formed to be communicated with the storage tank 19, which closes the drain valve at a time of rainfall to store rainwater in the storage tank 19 and opens the drain valve when the rain stops to drain the rainwater. At a time of torrential rainfall, rainwater stored in the storage tank 19 flows out naturally through the all-amount exhaust port and returns to the rainwater pipe, so that the storage tank 19 would be virtually empty in about 25 to 60 minutes after a first torrential rainfall subsides and before a next torrential rainfall arrives.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】住宅の縦樋から下水道へ向けて雨水が過剰に流入することを防止し、都市の下水道が満杯になることを防止する装置を提供する。【解決手段】雨水管から下流側への雨水管内における雨水の流量を制限する流量絞り24と、流量絞りで流量を制限された雨水を受け入れる貯留タンク19と貯留タンク19の排水弁とを備え、貯留タンク19の容量を超える過剰な雨水を外部へ流出する過剰水排出口が貯留タンク19に連通して形成されるとともに、降雨時には排水弁を閉じて貯留タンク19内に雨水を溜め、降雨が収まると排水弁を開いて排出する全量排出口が前記貯留タンク19に連通して形成されている構成であって、集中豪雨の際に、一回の豪雨が収まった後、次の豪雨が来るまでの間に25分から60分程度で貯留タンク19が実質的に空になるように、貯留タンク19に貯留された雨水が全量排出口を通って自然に流れ出て雨水管に戻る。【選択図】図5
