CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR EXTERIOR WALL JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an exterior wall joint ensuring that an elastic member pressed into an exterior wall joint while being deformed elastically is held firmly for certain, and that the elastic member is pressed to a uniform depth position in the exterior wall joint.SOLUTION: A construction tool 1 for an exterior wall joint includes a holding part 2 for a worker, a tapered contacting part 3 having contacting surfaces 6, 7 coming in contact with a chamfered part 14 formed at an edge part of an exterior wall joint 9 on an outdoor side, and a pressing part 4 protruding from the contacting part 3. A length of protrusion of the pressing part 4 from the contacting part 3 almost equals a pre-designed length to an appropriate position of an elastic member 18 from the chamfered part 14 of the exterior wall joint 9. The elastic member 18 is formed into a flat plate-form, is folded in half and pressed into the exterior wall joint 9 by the pressing part 4, and is positioned at the appropriate position in the exterior wall joint 9 in the folded-in-half state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】外壁目地内に弾性変形しつつ押し込まれる弾性部材の確実な保持を維持しつつ、コストの低減を図る。また、外壁目地内の適切な深さ位置に均一に弾性部材を押し込むことを可能とする。【解決手段】外壁目地施工具1は、作業者の把持部2と、外壁目地9の屋外側の端縁部に形成された面取り部14に接触する接触面6,7を有する先細りの当接部3と、当接部3から突出して設けられる押圧部4とを備える。押圧部4の当接部3からの突出長さは、外壁目地9の面取り部14から予め設計された弾性部材18の適正位置までの長さと略等しい。弾性部材18は、平板状に形成されており、押圧部4により二つ折りされて外壁目地9に押し込まれ、二つ折りされた状態で外壁目地9の適正位置に配置される。【選択図】図5
