CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EXTERIOR WALL JOINT
To provide a construction method of an exterior wall joint that has high cut-off performance, and can use material repeatedly since a joint filler separation is easy in building dismantlement.SOLUTION: A joint filler 1 is continuously provided with a cover part 2 that has a width larger than the gap of adjacent wall panels 54 and extends in a vertical direction and an insertion part 3 that can be inserted into the gap of adjacent wall panels 54. The insertion part 3 has a bifurcated flexible insertion piece 4 with elastic buffer materials 5 attached onto outside surfaces thereof and a bag 6 that is sandwiched inside the insertion piece 4. A construction method of an exterior wall joint includes making the insertion part 3 shrinkingly close with the bag 6 empty, inserting the insertion part 3 into the gap of the adjacent wall panels 54 and laying reverse faces of both sides of the cover part 2 along surfaces of the adjacent wall panels 54 respectively, pouring a filler 7 such as sand with fluidity from a top edge to the bag 6, and closely sticking the buffer materials 5 to side end faces of the wall panels 54 by expanding the insertion piece 4 due to a lateral pressure associated with expansion of the bag 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】止水性が高く、建物の解体時の目地材の分離が容易で、資材の繰り返し使用が可能な外壁目地の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】目地材1として、隣り合う壁パネル54の隙間より幅が広く上下方向に延びるカバー部2と、隣り合う壁パネル54の隙間への差し込みが可能な差込部3とが連設されたものを用い、差込部3は、可撓性を有する二股状の差込片4の外側面に弾性体の緩衝材5が貼り着けられ、差込片4の内側に袋6が挟まれたものとし、差込部3を袋6を空として縮閉させておき、差込部3を隣り合う壁パネル54の隙間に差し込んで、カバー部2の両側の裏面をそれぞれ隣り合う壁パネル54の表面に沿わせ、袋6に上端から流動性を有する砂等の充填材7を流し込み、袋6の膨張に伴う側圧により差込片4を拡開させて、緩衝材5を壁パネル54の側端面に密着させる。【選択図】図1
