PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience when cancelling a use limit of a device which is related to an on-vehicle device using a mobile device.SOLUTION: A mobile device authentication system comprises: a request detection section for detecting a transmission request of a request signal: a transmission control section for sequentially transmitting a first request signal corresponding to stored identification information when the transmission request of the request signal is detected, in a first communication enabled state in which the first request signal for including identification information of a specific mobile device and authentication processing data and transmitting them can be transmitted and for transmitting a second request signal for searching and authenticating the specific mobile device, when the system is in a communication disabled state in which the first request signal cannot be transmitted and the state is made into a second communication enabled state by kick operation means for driving a power generator to supply power to the on-vehicle device; and a determination section for determining whether or not the mobile device corresponding to an answer signal corresponds to the on-vehicle device on the basis of a decryption result of the received answer signal, within a period in which the second communication enabled state continues.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】携帯機を用いて車載器に係る装置の使用制限を解除する際の利便性を高める。【解決手段】携帯機認証システムは、リクエスト信号の送信要求を検知して、特定の携帯機の識別情報と認証処理用データとを含めて送信する第1リクエスト信号を送信可能な第1通信可能状態にあり、前記リクエスト信号の送信要求が検知された場合に、前記保持されている識別情報に対応する前記第1リクエスト信号を順次送信させ、前記第1リクエスト信号を送信できない通信不可能状態にあり、前記車載器に電力を供給する発電機を駆動するキック作動手段により第2通信可能状態にされた場合、前記特定の携帯機の探索及び認証を行うための第2リクエスト信号を送信させる送信制御部と、前記受信したアンサー信号の解読結果に基づいて前記アンサー信号に対応する携帯機が前記車載器に対応するものであるか否かを、前記第2通信可能状態が継続する期間内に判定する。【選択図】図1
