MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LITHIUM COBALTATE ORIENTED SINTERED SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lithium cobaltate oriented sintered sheet high in yield, excellent in surface smoothness and having high quality with a simple method.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a lithium cobaltate oriented sintered sheet including (a) preparing a green sheet containing CoOparticles, (b) providing a sinter intermediate by burning the green sheet at 900 to 1450°C, (c) decreasing a temperature of the sinter intermediate, (d) introducing lithium to the resulting CoOoriented sintered sheet and (e) sintering the CoOoriented sintered sheet and/or the lithium cobaltate oriented sintered sheet together with lithium cobaltate and a lithium compound. In (e) process, a coating layer containing a lithium cobaltate powder is formed on a surface of the CoOoriented sintered sheet and/or the lithium cobaltate oriented sintered sheet and the lithium compound is mounted thereon and burnt. Thereby the lithium cobaltate oriented sintered sheet having enhanced surface smoothness is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い歩留りで表面平滑性に優れた高品位なコバルト酸リチウム配向焼結板を簡便な手法で製造する。【解決手段】(a)Co3O4粒子を含んでなるグリーンシートを用意し、(b)このグリーンシートを900〜1450℃で焼成して焼成中間体とし、(c)この焼成中間体を降温し、(d)得られたCo3O4配向焼結板にリチウムを導入し、(e)Co3O4配向焼結板及び/又はコバルト酸リチウム配向焼結板をコバルト酸リチウム粉末及びリチウム化合物と共に焼成することを含む、コバルト酸リチウム配向焼結板の製造方法。(e)工程においては、Co3O4配向焼結板及び/又はコバルト酸リチウム配向焼結板の表面にコバルト酸リチウム粉末を含む被覆層を形成し、その上にリチウム化合物を載置して焼成する。こうして、表面平滑性が改善されたコバルト酸リチウム配向焼結板を得る。【選択図】図2
