CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR MOLDING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT HARDENED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition for molding capable of manufacturing a cement hardened body having fine and diverse design and a method for manufacturing a cement hardened body.SOLUTION: A cement composition for molding contains at least an A material containing a cement-containing binding material of 25 to 70 mass%, an admixture of 0.1 to 5 mass% and a fine aggregate of 25 to 70 mass%. There is provided a method for manufacturing a cement hardened body by using the cement composition for molding and curing a cement molded article obtained through a first mixed article layer forming process, a mixed article hardened layer forming process, a second mixed article layer forming process and a cement molded article obtaining process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】繊細かつ多様なデザインを有するセメント質硬化体を製造することができる造形用セメント組成物、および該セメント質硬化体の製造方法。【解決手段】造形用セメント組成物は、少なくとも、セメント含有結合材を25〜70質量%、混和剤を0.1〜5質量%、および細骨材を25〜70質量%含むA材を含有する。前記造形用セメント組成物を用いて、第1の混練物層形成工程、混練物硬化層形成工程、第2の混練物層形成工程、セメント質造形物取得工程を経て得られたセメント質造形物を養生してセメント質硬化体を製造する方法。【選択図】図1
