REINFORCING METHOD OF EXISTING BUILDING AND BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method or the like of an existing building, the method that can easily improve earthquake resistance after securing an original effective open area.SOLUTION: A reinforcing method of an existing building is provided, the building that has multiple floors configured by multiple existing columns 3 and beams 4 installed on a foundation 5, has openings 10 configured by a portion of the existing columns 3a and beams 4a, and has the area of each floor segmented by providing doors and walls to the openings 10. A stud 40 formed by steel materials is installed between the existing column 3a, 3a constituting the opening 10 of the upper floor, and the other stud 40a is installed in the position being a lower floor of the floor where the stud 40 is installed and in the same vertical direction of the stud 40, and thereby axial force is transmitted to the foundation 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本来の有効な開口領域を確保した上で、容易に耐震性を向上可能な既存建物の補強工法等を提供する。【解決手段】基礎5上に設置される複数の既存柱3と梁4によって構成され、一部の前記既存柱3aと梁4aによって構成される開口10を有し、この開口10に扉や壁が設けられることによって各階の領域が区分けされた複数階の既存建物の補強工法において、上層階の開口10を構成する前記既存柱3a、3a間に鋼材により形成された間柱40が設置され、間柱40が設置された階の下層階であって、間柱40の鉛直方向同位置に他の間柱40aが設置され、軸力が基礎5まで伝達される。【選択図】図1
