PRESS-IN METHOD FOR TUBULAR PILE, AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN DRIVING-DOWN DEVICE AND TUBULAR PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable pressing-in of a tubular pile into a ground by a method utilizing both a driving-down device and a fluid discharging method, without halting a supply of the fluid.SOLUTION: The following steps are performed sequentially in a press-in method for a tubular pile: a first step in which a clamp device 41 is inserted and connected to a top edge part of a new tubular pile 20 and fluid supply piping 15 is installed through inside of a driving-down device 40, the clamp device being connection means at a lower edge part of the driving-down device having a cylindrical body; a second step in which the new tubular pile and the driving-down device are hoisted and erected while holding the new tubular pile with a chuck device of a pile press-in machine; and a third step in which the pile press-in machine is operated while discharging a fluid through the fluid supply piping onto a ground that resists pressing-in of a tip part of the new tubular pile, and the new tubular pile is driven down for pressing into the ground until the driving-down device is lowered to the gripping position by the chuck device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】打ち下げ装置と流体物吐出工法とを併用した管状杭の地盤への圧入施工を、流体物の供給を停止させることなく実施可能にする。【解決手段】新たな管状杭20の上端部に、円筒状の本体を有した打ち下げ装置40の下端部の接続手段であるクランプ装置41を挿し込んだ状態で接続するととともに、流体物供給配管15を打ち下げ装置の内部を通して設置する第1工程と、前記新たな管状杭及び打ち下げ装置を吊り上げ、前記新たな管状杭を杭圧入機のチャック装置に把持させた状態に建て込む第2工程と、流体供給配管を通して流体物を前記新たな管状杭の先端部の圧入に抗する地盤に吐出しながら杭圧入機を動作させ、チャック装置の把持位置に打ち下げ装置が下がるまで前記新たな管状杭を打ち下げて地盤に圧入する第3工程と、を以上の記載の順序で実施する。【選択図】図6
