STEEL PIPE PENETRATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a steel pipe in a steel pipe penetration device even if a work site is under a bridge and to eliminate a risk of hindrance to foundation work of civil engineering etc.SOLUTION: A steel pipe penetration device 1 comprises a penetration mechanism 2 letting a steel pipe 8 penetrate toward the foundation. The penetration mechanism 2 is constituted by arranging, in the periphery of a space into which the steel pipe 8 is inserted, a chuck mechanism for gripping an outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe 8, a rotation mechanism for rotating the chuck mechanism on the axis, and a displacement mechanism for reciprocally displacing the chuck mechanism along a length direction of the steel pipe. The penetration mechanism 2 is supported on an upper surface of a support base 4 to be raised, and connected to a reciprocation mechanism 49 which raises and brings the penetration mechanism 2 down on the support base 4. At the position, where the penetration mechanism 2 is raised, of the support base 4, a through hole 45 that the steel pipe 8 penetrates vertically is formed, and one end part of the outer periphery of the through hole 45 is made open so that the steel pipe 8 can be inserted and extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業現場が橋梁下であっても、鋼管を鋼管貫入装置内に組み込むことができ、土木等の基礎工事に支障をきたすおそれがないようにする。【解決手段】鋼管貫入装置1は、鋼管8を地盤に向けて貫入する貫入機構2を備える。貫入機構2は、鋼管8が挿通される空間の周囲に、鋼管8の外周面を把持するためのチャック機構と、チャック機構を軸回転させるための回転機構と、チャック機構を鋼管の長さ方向に沿って往復変位させるための変位機構とが配設されてなる。貫入機構2は、支持台4の上面に起伏可能に支持されるとともに、貫入機構2を支持台4上で起伏動作させる往復動機構49に接続されている。支持台4の貫入機構2が起き上がる位置には、鋼管8を上下に貫通させる貫通孔45が形成され、貫通孔45は外周の一端部が鋼管8の挿脱が可能なように開放されている。【選択図】図2
