DEVICE TO REDUCE PENETRATION RESISTANCE, PENETRATION STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution, in which a simple structure is used to suppress blockage resistance of soil inside pipes and to reduce penetration resistance, enabling the improvement of workability and the miniaturization of devices required for driving piles.SOLUTION: A device to reduce penetration resistance in this invention is configured to be attached to a steel pipe pile 2 which is penetrated into the ground by a pile-driving unit and to reduce penetration resistance of the steel pipe pile 2, comprising: a vibration rod 3; a vibrator 4 to which the vibration rod 3 is connected extending downward; a splice plate 5 with which the vibrator 4 is detachably attached to the steel pipe pile 2; and a vibration-proof part 6 which is provided between the vibrator 4 and the splice plate 5. While the vibrator 4 is attached to the steel pipe pile 2, the vibration rod 3 is positioned in the inner side of the steel pipe pile 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造により管内土の閉塞抵抗を抑制して貫入抵抗を低減させることで施工性を向上させることができ、さらに杭打設に必要な装置の小型化を図ることができる。【解決手段】杭打設装置によって地盤に貫入される鋼管杭2に装着され、鋼管杭2の貫入抵抗を低減する構成であって、振動ロッド3と、振動ロッド3を下方に向けて延在するように連結させた加振機4と、加振機4を鋼管杭2に着脱可能に装着する添接板5と、加振機4と添接板5との間に介在される防振部6と、を備え、加振機4が鋼管杭2に装着された状態で、振動ロッド3が鋼管杭2の内側に位置した構成の貫入抵抗低減装置を提供する。【選択図】図1
