PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation input detector capable of more appropriately setting a reference to sensor output of a capacitance sensor.SOLUTION: An emblem switch as an operation input detector comprises a door ECU as an operation input detection unit that, on the basis of a capacitance sensor's sensor output varying depending on a detection target object coming into contact with or separating from a vehicle's emblem set as an operation input unit, detects operation input to the emblem. The door ECU detects the vehicle's movement; and, when the vehicle's movement has been detected, executes calibration of the capacitance sensor in order to set a reference to the sensor output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】より適切に、静電容量センサのセンサ出力に基準を設定することのできる操作入力検知装置を提供すること。【解決手段】操作入力検知装置としてのエンブレムスイッチは、操作入力部として設定された車両のエンブレムに対して検出対象物が接離することにより変化する静電容量センサのセンサ出力に基づいて、そのエンブレムに対する操作入力を検知する操作入力検知部としてのドアＥＣＵを備える。また、このドアＥＣＵは、車両の移動を検知する。そして、車両の移動が検知された場合には、そのセンサ出力に基準を設定すべく静電容量センサのキャリブレーションを実行する。【選択図】図４
