EAVES SOFFIT PARTING MEMBER, AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves soffit parting member and a building construction method using the eaves soffit parting member that enable an eaves soffit material to be fitted beautifully on a building frame.SOLUTION: An eaves soffit parting member 10 is fitted on a bottom joint between an eaves soffit material 3 and an exterior wall 4 of an eaves unit of a building, for supporting a distal end part 3a of the eaves soffit material 3. An eaves soffit parting body 20 includes: a top plate part 21 held between an eaves soffit receiving member 2 and the eaves soffit material 3 and fitted along with the eaves soffit material 3 by a nail 7 hammered toward the eaves soffit receiving member 2 from a bottom surface of the eaves soffit material 3; an eaves soffit side plate part 22 extending from the top plate part 21 along the distal end part 3a of the eaves soffit material 3; and a bottom plate part 23 extending from the eaves soffit side plate part 22 along the bottom surface of the eaves soffit material 3. Furthermore, an eaves soffit parting cover 30 is partially fitted on the eaves soffit parting body 20, for covering a head part of the nail 7 exposed from the bottom surface of the eaves soffit material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の躯体に軒天材を仕上がり良く取り付け可能な軒天見切り及び軒天見切りを用いた施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】軒天見切り１０は、建物の軒先ユニットにおいて軒天材３と外壁４の間の底目地に取り付けられ、軒天材３の末端部３ａを支持するものである。軒天見切り本体２０は、軒天受け部材２と軒天材３の間に挟まれて、軒天材３の底面から軒天受け部材２に向かって打ち込まれる釘７によって軒天材３とともに取り付けられる天板部２１と、天板部２１から軒天材３の末端部３ａに沿わせて延びている軒天側板部２２と、軒天側側板部２２から軒天材３の底面に沿わせて延びている底板部２３とを有している。そして、軒天見切りカバー３０は、軒天見切り本体２０に一部が取り付けられ、軒天材３の底面から露出した釘７の頭部を覆うように配置されている。【選択図】図２
